Hacienda Del Mar Los Cabos, Autograph Collection (Adults Only), Cabo San Lucas

This hotel has a beautiful and well-decorated atmosphere with stunning grounds and friendly staff, making it a lovely place to stay. However, some services were lacking, especially the restaurant and response to maintenance issues. The pools were fantastic, but there were some frustrations with staff interactions and added fees.

We had an amazing time at this hotel during our February family vacation. The stunning views and the cheerful environment were definitely highlights. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, especially with accommodating families. However, the rooms could use a bit of a refresh, and the dining prices were a tad higher than expected, despite the quality being good.

We had an incredible stay at the Sheraton Resort in Cabo San Lucas. The beach views were stunning, and the amenities made our time truly enjoyable. While the service was generally great, we did find ourselves in an older room that could use some updates. The food was fantastic overall, especially at Tomatoes, where we had some of the best meals ever, but the costs were a bit steep at times.

While the dining options were fantastic, I wish the check-in process was smoother.
